Amerigroup Community Care works with Availity for all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions.

Your organization can submit and receive the following transactions through the Availity EDI Gateway:

  • 837 Institutional Claims
  • 837 Professional Claims
  • 837 Dental Claims
  • 835 Electronic Remittance Advice
  • 276/277 Claim Status
  • 270/271 Eligibility Request
  • 275- Electronic Medical Attachments
  • 278- Prior Authorizations and Referrals

Payer Name and ID

Your Payer Name is AMERIGROUP MARYLAND, INC. and the Payer ID is 26375.

Log in or register with Availity

Health care providers, billing services and clearinghouses who want to exchange self-service and electronic claims transactions with Amerigroup should register or log in to their Availity account.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

Sign up for EFT or manage your existing account with EnrollHubâ„¢, a CAQH Solutions™ tool that offers secure, streamlined EFT enrollment. EnrollHub™ eliminates the need for paper registration, reduces administrative time and costs, and allows you to register with multiple payers at one time.

If you were previously receiving EFT, please register with EnrollHub to manage account changes. No other action is needed.

Electronic remittance advice (ERA)

You can also use Availity to register for ERA or manage your existing account.

If you were previously registered to receive ERA, you must register using Availity to manage account changes. No other action is needed.
