Two-step application and credentialing process

  1. Become a state-approved Washington programs provider:
    To learn more about this process, please refer to the Enroll as a Provider guidelines on the Washington State Health Care Authority website.
  2. Become an Amerigroup provider:
•After logging in, select Payer Spaces.
•Select the Amerigroup Washington, Inc. logo.
•Select Applications, then Provider Enrollment.
