Patient360

Patient360 is an interactive dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to enrollee-centric patient information. It allows providers who are part of an enrollee’s care and service team to easily access the enrollee’s record through a self-service website. Providers can view an enrollee’s clinical and case management data record with the Patient360 tool.

To use Patient360

 

Finding Patient360 on Availity Essentials

  1. From the Availity Essentials home page, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the health plan.
  3. From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Patient360 tile.
